E-home Entertainment Development Company Ltd（以下简称“我们”）提供 AIGameAnalyzer 应用及相关服务。本政策说明我们在你使用 AIGameAnalyzer 时如何收集、使用、共享、保存和保护信息，以及你可以如何管理相关信息。

我们处理的信息

当你注册、登录或使用服务时，我们可能处理账号名称、电子邮箱、Apple 登录标识、内部用户标识、登录会话和安全状态。为提供分析、同步和个性化功能，我们还可能处理你在应用内的偏好、收藏、保存内容、追踪列表、查询和分析历史、提示词、反馈及与客服的沟通内容。

只有在你主动选择并提交时，我们才会处理游戏截图或其他图片，以完成识别或分析请求。我们不会在后台读取你的照片图库。

当你购买或恢复订阅时，我们会处理 Apple 提供的产品标识、交易标识、订阅状态和购买历史，用于验证权益、恢复购买、防止欺诈和提供客户支持。我们不会接收或保存你的银行卡号或完整支付凭证。

为保障服务运行和安全，我们可能处理设备与应用信息、App 版本和构建号、设备/系统类型、IP 地址、User-Agent、请求时间、诊断日志、请求失败与错误信息。我们不收集精确位置、通讯录或广告标识符，不出售个人信息，也不进行跨 App 或跨网站广告跟踪。

我们如何使用信息

我们仅将信息用于创建和保护账号、同步设置、提供游戏查询和 AI 分析、管理订阅权益、保存你主动选择的内容、排查故障、响应支持请求、防止滥用与欺诈、维护服务稳定性，以及履行适用的法律和合规义务。

服务提供方与信息传输

为完成上述功能，我们可能向必要的服务提供方传输与你的请求相关的信息，包括用于登录和订阅处理的 Apple、用于托管和数据存储的云服务提供方，以及用于生成分析结果的 AI 服务提供方。当前 Basic 和 Pro 套餐使用 MiniMax，Max 套餐使用 DeepSeek。你提交的查询、提示词或截图只会在完成相应请求所需的范围内发送给相关服务提供方。

部分游戏资料和公开信息可能来自 Steam/Valve 或其他公开游戏数据来源。第三方服务会按照其自身条款和隐私政策处理信息。我们要求代表我们处理数据的服务提供方采取适当的安全和保密措施，并仅为约定的服务目的处理信息。根据服务基础设施的位置，信息可能在你所在国家或地区之外处理，我们会根据适用法律采取相应保护措施。

保存期限与账号删除

我们会在账号存续期间及提供服务、解决争议、防止滥用或履行法律义务所必需的期限内保存信息。你可以在 App 的个人中心发起账号删除。删除完成后，登录会话会被撤销，账号直接标识信息会被清除，个人偏好、收藏、追踪和相关用户状态会被删除，报告中的个人内容会被清理。为满足安全审计、反欺诈、财务、税务或其他法定义务，我们可能在必要期限内保留已匿名化或最小化的统计摘要、删除记录、审计记录及交易记录。

你的选择与权利

你可以在 App 内查看或修改部分账号信息和偏好，管理照片访问权限，恢复或管理 Apple 订阅，并通过账号删除入口删除账号。你也可以联系我们，请求访问、更正或删除相关信息，或提出隐私问题。我们会在核实请求并考虑适用法律后处理。

儿童隐私

AIGameAnalyzer 不面向适用法律规定的最低年龄以下儿童。若你认为儿童在未经适当同意的情况下向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们，我们会采取适当措施。

安全与政策更新

我们采用与信息性质相适应的技术和组织措施保护数据，但任何网络传输或存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。我们可能因功能、服务提供方或法律要求变化而更新本政策，并会在本页面更新日期；如有重大变化，会通过适当方式通知你。

AIGameAnalyzer Privacy Policy

E-home Entertainment Development Company Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") provides the AIGameAnalyzer app and related services. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information when you use AIGameAnalyzer, and how you can manage that information.

Information we process

When you register, sign in, or use the service, we may process your account name, email address, Sign in with Apple identifier, internal user identifier, login sessions, and security status. To provide analysis, synchronization, and personalized features, we may also process your in-app preferences, favorites, saved content, tracked games, query and analysis history, prompts, feedback, and communications with support.

We process game screenshots or other images only when you actively select and submit them for recognition or analysis. We do not read your photo library in the background.

When you purchase or restore a subscription, we process the product identifier, transaction identifier, subscription status, and purchase history supplied by Apple to verify access, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and provide support. We do not receive or store your payment card number or full payment credentials.

To operate and secure the service, we may process device and app information, app version and build number, device and operating system type, IP address, User-Agent, request time, diagnostic logs, request failures, and error information. We do not collect precise location, contacts, or advertising identifiers. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app or cross-website advertising tracking.

How we use information

We use information only to create and secure accounts, synchronize settings, provide game search and AI analysis, manage subscription access, save content you choose, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and fraud, maintain service reliability, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Service providers and data transfers

To provide these functions, we may transmit information related to your request to necessary service providers, including Apple for sign-in and subscription processing, cloud providers for hosting and data storage, and AI providers for generating analysis results. Basic and Pro currently use MiniMax, while Max uses DeepSeek. Queries, prompts, or screenshots you submit are sent to the relevant provider only as needed to complete your request.

Some game details and public information may come from Steam/Valve or other public game-data sources. Third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We require service providers acting on our behalf to use appropriate security and confidentiality measures and process information only for the agreed service purpose. Depending on service infrastructure, information may be processed outside your country or region; we apply protections required by applicable law.

Retention and account deletion

We retain information while your account is active and for as long as necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. You can request account deletion from the Profile section of the app. When deletion is completed, login sessions are revoked, direct account identifiers are removed, personal preferences, favorites, tracking, and related user state are deleted, and personal report payloads are cleared. We may retain anonymized or minimized statistical summaries, deletion records, audit and security records, and transaction records for the period necessary to meet fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, or other legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can view or update certain account information and preferences in the app, manage photo permission, restore or manage an Apple subscription, and use the in-app account deletion control. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask a privacy question. We will verify and handle requests in accordance with applicable law.

Children's privacy

AIGameAnalyzer is not directed to children below the minimum age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Security and policy updates

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed absolutely secure. We may update this policy when our features, providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the date on this page and provide appropriate notice of material changes.
